Wow, thanks for this link. I have wondered what “Seeds of a Hermit” is. It is an enjoyable and thought-provoking read. Many of its teachings are familiar from classes and materials we have been given to study and learn; yet, many others are new to me. I have bookmarked it and will refer to it often, sort of like a bible for the kung fu student. I particularly like the one about the nose and will try to understand its meaning.
